If you are new to traditional foods and want to get started, Cara Bergman (WAPF Chapter Leader) offers personalized phone consults for $25 per session after an initial consult. During your initial consult, you will receive a home visit, a complete health assessment, and a review of your 3-day food diary ($100). Each week we will gradually incorporate more and more traditional food as it relates to your family and your situation. You may do as many or as few phone consults as you like.
